We are planning a special event up to the quaint mountain town of Grand Lake.  We will drive through Boulder and Golden to Clear Creek Canyon, where we will head up to the mountains.  We will go up Berthoud Pass to the mountain town of Winter park, Frasier, and Granby.  From Granby to Grand Lake we will witness some of the damage caused by last year's Troublesome Fire. On the way home, we will be returning by way of Cache la Poudre Canyon where we will view some of effects of the Cameron Pass Fire from last year. We will also be trying to spot moose from the Rand and Gould area on the way back.
